Let me focus on sticking to the timeline and managing the logistics while you enjoy the day and spend your time with family & friends!

If your ceremony is off-premise I would be more than happy to assist you to ensure it runs smoothly and is as lovely as you’ve envisioned. This service will allow me to be present at your ceremony, wherever it may be, and handle the details while entrusting set-up at the reception venue to an assistant coordinator.

This service must be combined with reception coordination package and is not available as a single option.

Have you purchased extra time at your reception venue and would like me to stay until the end? Don’t want to spend the time alphabetizing your place cards? Need help assembling & delivering welcome bags? Assembling favors? Check on you, the groom & the bridal party at your hotel prior to the wedding? Bring your personal items, gifts & cards back to the hotel at the end of the evening?

I am happy to help with it all, however, an hourly charge will apply and this service must be combined with reception coordination package.
