  • This is a shared kitchen space. It is the home base and the main commissary kitchen space for our catering company and our multiple food truck operations. It is also the home base for a local baker. We will always do our best to remain out of the way and work around each other while in the kitchen. If you prefer to have the space to yourself we would ask that you plan for early morning, later evening or overnight hours. The company who has the rental agreement with Gourmet Cowboy is fully and solely responsible for the payment of rent and deposit, for any damage from misuse, cleaning, and ensures that any and all equipment is cleaned and left as found.

  • The Kitchen can be utilized in several different ways, each with different requirements. The Kitchen can be used for commercial food preparation on an ongoing/regular basis or as a monthly/daily rental. Please refer to the Eagle County Health Department with any questions or concerns that you may have. They are the experts and the Gourmet Cowboy defers to their knowledge and expertise!

    Commercial Cooking (Kitchen and Commissary)
    The Kitchen can be used for foods sold to the public. These foods are required by the Health Department to be prepared in a commercial kitchen or commissary.

    Non-Commercial Cooking (Personal Cooking)
    The Twisted Kitchen is a great space to do your larger scale personal cooking of foods not intended for sale to the public.

    Single Use (Commercial or Personal Cooking)
    The Twisted Kitchen’s location makes it a great space to prepare foods for a large event. Public events, such as fairs, festivals, and farmer’s markets require foods prepared in a commercial kitchen.Personal events, such as large family gatherings or a gigantic harvest from your garden, that makes using a large commercial space easier on you and your family and friends.Description text goes here

  • When renting within the Kitchen you will have access to all cooking equipment including grill, fryer, stovetop, ovens, tilt skillet and others as needed. Access to dish machine, 3 bay sink and prep sink will also be available for use. You will be given dedicated dry storage, walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer space. ANY POTS, PANS, KITCHEN UTENSILS, SPICES, FOOD ITEMS, ETC ARE YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE. THE ITEMS WITHIN THE KITCHEN ARE PROPERTY OF GOURMET COBWOY AND WITHOUT EXPRESS CONSENT FROM EXECUTIVE CHEF ARE NOT INCLUDED WITHIN RENTAL OF SPACE.

  • Anyone who needs a certified commercial commissary to stay within health industry requirements and food safety regulations.  Also, if you are a film and commercial production company, we are production friendly!

    Please note that you will be required to submit proof of food licensing, food safety training and insurance prior to working in the kitchen.

  • 1. Legal Kitchen: Food service regulation requires food sold to the public to be prepared in a commercial commissary kitchen. the Gourmet Cowboy kitchen offers you, our clients, a sanitary, licensed, and permitted facility regularly inspected by the Eagle County Health Department.
    2.Low Initial Investment: The Gourmet Cowboy Kitchen provides the facility, equipment, and adequate workspace to build or expand your business at a much smaller startup cost. Basically, we bought the expensive kitchen, so you didn’t have to!
    3.Manageable Ongoing Fixed Costs: You rent the kitchen for exactly the amount of time you need. Need more? Need less? Simply booktime as you need it.
    4.No Long-Term Contracts: Should your needs change for any reason, the contract you sign with Gourmet Cowboy may be terminated at any time you need it to be canceled. The contract must be canceled to begin the deposit refund process.
    5.Convenient and Accessible Location: We are conveniently located across from the Eagle County Airport, about 5 minutes from Costco and 10 minutes from I-70.
    6.Schedule Flexibility: The Gourmet Cowboy Kitchen is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! This allows for anyone who needs to keep their day job and still work on their culinary dream!

  • Each client who rents the kitchen is responsible for cleaning the kitchen, including all the used equipment, tables and floors. The Gourmet Cowboy happily supplies all the necessary cleaning supplies for you to use! Gourmet Cowboy staff also will do periodic deep cleans  to ensure the commissary kitchen remains a clean and sanitary workplace! During your onboarding, we will go over the cleaning supplies and cleaning requirements with you.

  • The Gourmet Cowboy Kitchen is a custom designed, state of the art 5,000 square foot kitchen space. Originally an empty communications warehouse the kitchen buildout was completed in October of 2023. The vision of our mastermind Executive Chef, Kipper Dorn, the island style line allows you easy access to all equipment while the on-demand hood system takes the thinking out of "should I have the hood fan on or can it be off". With two large garage bay entry doors you can load equipment and food in and out easily. If you are thinking about renting commissary space look no further and give us a call to chat!
