Brent and I cannot thank you enough for this weekend... Not only did you come through in the 11th hour and rescue our wedding food weeks before, but your food was AMAZING. Everyone was talking about the entrees (that chimichurri!!), as well as the incredible appetizers (those lamb empanadas!). Everything you put out was more delicious than the next. I think I'm the only bride I know who devoured every app and cleared my entree plate at her own wedding. You and your team knocked it out of the park. On top of it all, you were so wonderful to work with - so kind, helpful, and calming during a time of stress.  THANK YOU SO MUCH for the most amazing night - from the drinks to the passed appetizers to the delicious dinner and late night snacks and coffee martinis, everything was absolutely perfect (and we don’t use that word lightly!). You and your team did such an amazing job and I can’t thank you enough. Everything was delicious, the team was wonderful, and the timing was perfect.

We just wanted to formally thank you for everything you did before and on our wedding day! The Gourmet Cowboy was the perfect catering vendor for our wedding at Donovan Pavilion in Vail! Sarah helped us be creative with our "vision" and it turned out just perfectly! We had so many compliments on the food - my only regret was being too busy to fully enjoy the food myself!
