Originally from Manitou Springs, CO Kipper has always loved the mountains and is a true Coloradan through & through. He settled on Vail about 4 years ago after spending a short time in Massachusetts, on Cape Cod where he & Sarah actually met. After attending the Culinary Institute of America and many years in the restaurant industry he decided that catering was his passion and what he wanted to do. His love of the food he creates can be seen in all his items from the simplest salad to the most intricate dinner plate.
