A Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park, New York graduate, Chef Tom has a background of culinary excellence. Prior to opening his catering company in Vail, Colorado, Chef Tom crafted his fine dining and event skills at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel, the Hyatt Regency Pittsburg and the Westin (currently the Cascade Resort & Spa) in Vail .
